RecommendedI am a new patient and saw Kristin Sterling NP. Although they were behind, she made up by having tremendous be side manners. She had a great personality and answered all my questions. I felt very well taking care of and will definitely be back. That is again.
Dont bother going to Dr. Shaw for your thyroid. She will just ignore your symptoms and refer you to your PCP even though she is an endocrinologist. I could have saved a trip and just seen my PCP had I known that.
I have been going to Heritage Medical Associates to Dr Victor Byrd for almost 5 years. The reason I make the long drive from my home to Nashville is because of they way I am treated. His staff along with his staff and even the lab workers on the 3rd floor are so professional.
I see two doctors here...Dr. Amy Shaw (Thyroid) and Dr. Craig Martin (OBGYN)...both are wonderful! I have had nothing but good experiences in my 5 or so years of dealing with them. The nurses are always friendly and the rooms are always clean. Would recommend them and have recommended them to many.
