Rip off! I keep getting bills from second and third parties that no body ever asks me if I want involved in my care. Also the latest issue is I am being billed over $400.00 for a preventative test! A mamogram should be covered under preventative! I have never had to pay for a mamogram in my life, no matter how many times I had to go back for more testing! $195.00 by Herritage and another $213.26 by the radiologist that I was never asked about. I love this place. the doctors are amazing and i never have a long wait
Staff person who answers the phone for Dr.Rhea is incredibly crass. Even after getting a referral and having records sent there, she told me that Dr. Rhea would have to “decide whether to agree to see me or not” in such cold fashion. I’ve never had a doctor’s office make such a statement. I finally asked my doctor to send me to someone else.

So far I'm not impressed at all. I had to switch doctors with my new insurance which now, unfortunately, is an HMO rather than a PPO. Never had an HMO before, I was always able to see specialists as needed without having to get referrals. I visited with my new primary doc, Dr. Cindi Jones Woods, an internist, at the beginning of this year. I mentioned I had some hip pain. She gave me a referral to an ortho doc. Absolutely love Dr. Bowman and his staff! Dr. Bowman is a gem; he listens, returns calls, and will answer questions. His staff has been fabulous to me during a pretty rough time.
