Absolutely love Dr. Bowman and his staff! Dr. Bowman is a gem; he listens, returns calls, and will answer questions. His staff has been fabulous to me during a pretty rough time.
My doctor( Dr. Bryd ) takes good care of me. The staff are very friendly. You just feel so welcome there

If I could leave zero stars for the Medical Records department I would. It has been a nightmare. No one answers the phone, no one returns calls, so I drove to the address listed to mail requests to in order to minimize 3 days of mail time: 222 22nd Ave. North, Ste. 100. Guess what? I was told this isn't the office of medical records just the mailing address. So WHO receives the mail? It's been 11 days and not one phone call returned and my insurance ends tomorrow.
