Find a different medical facility. Cancelled my appointment and denied me medical care the day of. I have been a patient at this facility (and the prior location) for many years and the quality of care has greatly diminished. I called today to confirm an appointment with a primary care physician And they informed me that I was technically a new patient and couldn't see the provider I was scheduled with. Had an appointment for today as a physical with a new primary care doctor. I have insurance but don’t have it set up. They demanded $120 out of pocket and from the front desk they sent me to the third floor to go through the exact same procedure but to deny me because I didn’t have my insurance information to give them right away. Understaffed desk with no directions as to where to go.

Scheduled an appointment for an epidural injection. Had a consult with NP. She was stoic, not friendly and came across as going thru motions. She was with me approximately 8 minutes even though My Chart reflected she spent 34 minutes with me. I was sent 2 messages on My Chart and 1 text message asking me to arrive at 0730 and my procedure was at 0800. It stated do not be late or your procedure may be cancelled. Whoever is over the lab needs to give Tammy a raise. Two of them actually. I'm usually a hard stick plus I hadn't drank any water today, but she was IMPECCABLE. The quickest and most painless blood draw I've ever had!
