With solid and appropriate communication skills, Dr. Illum communicates conditions and treatments thoroughly with his patients. He follows known clinical protocol, and clearly explains his well-thought-out intentions.
No tips. He does great job. He listens, is patient, and explains whatever I or my family wants to know clearly and concisely.
Dr Illum has been an incredible partner in my throat cancer journey. He is thorough, he is a great listener, he has practical advice before, during, and after treatment.
