Dr. Illum is very knowledgeable about blood and the importance of getting good blood results and seeing your provider as needed! I'm a fan of Dr. Illum.
Definitely Not a Randal Davis needs to work on communication skills. In the past blood work was gone over line by line not so with Illum. Needless to say not impressed one on one skills but will learn in time.
I had been struggling with increasing inability to walk for 18 months before I was referred to Dr. Illum. With an additional blood test to confirm what the referring doctor had sent him, Dr. Illum set me up for a test to see if I could tolerate an iron infusion. ai had Iron infusion the next week. I can feel myself recovering. A lot of muscles had atrophied during the 18 months of declining use. Now, I can walk short distances without using a walker. I keep a walking cane close by. Hallelujah!!! I can walk again.
I have been a patient of Dr. Illum for 7 years and cannot speak highly enough of him and his staff. You will not find a more caring set of health providers.

Dr. Illum assumed responsibility for my care after Dr. James M. Turner’s retirement at the end of May. I found Dr. Illum to be very knowledgeable and well informed about my medical condition. We discussed the results of laboratory test that I had done the week before in comparison to previous historical results as indicators of the progress of my medical condition.
