I purchased a vehicle on 7/6/2022 from Hennessy Jaguar Atlanta, only to find two weeks later it was unsafe for me to drive. Found out the door locks were faulty. You would think youre locking the *** but it would remain unlocked. Another problem it would lock by itself, even when in park and running. I was told by the ********** dealership that Hennessy should never have sold me that vehicle until the problem was fixed. Now Im stuck with no car and a $40,000 loan. I bought my vehicle from this dealership and have since refinanced with a different lender for a lower interest rate. I was told I needed to contact the dealership directly (from my new lender and old lender). I have been calling for over a week, and each time I am transferred to a generic voicemail box which I have left four of. No one will give me a call back, and the receptionist is not able to physically get someone to answer the phone. This is to be expected from a used car dealership, but not a Porsche one. Buying experience was typical of any dealership nothing really stands out. However, a few issues afterwards, my tag was supposed to be transferred, not in an of itself a huge thing but somewhere along the line, through no issue or fault of mine, it was messed up and after weeks of emailing back and forth I finally got a, "we filed the paperwork you got to figure it out " response. We purchased a 2021 LC 500 Convertible with just over **** miles from this dealership. The vehicle had a clean Carfax and the salesperson forwarded me a *** report on the vehicle which stated the car had never had any body work. Since both the Carfax and the *** report were good, we thought we were getting a good deal. When we picked up the car, we were given access to a Lexus Drivers' App. When we found the service history on the **** we learned that the car had been in an accident. I cannot list the numerous issues I have experienced and am still experiencing with this dealership. I have left 3 messages for the general manager and still no response. I have been overcharged, they damaged my car and didn't want to fix it. Lost the extra key to my car and told me to look for it at home. ****** in the service department is extremely condescending. They only care about ripping you off!!.BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

Another unhappy customer. Same issue as 05/10/2022 reviewer. I too gave a refundable $1000.00 deposit for a new vehicle. I did purchase the vehicle. They did not give me credit for my deposit. Ive been calling the salesman, ***** 4 times, then called the sales manager *****. ***** said check was issued 05/20/2022 still NOT received. Hennessy Lexus, *************************: I traded in my 2019 Lexus GX 460 for a 2022 GX in April 2022. I paid a $1000 deposit for the new vehicle. At purchasing, Lexus did not credit my deposit. After my 3rd call, the Finance agent, *************************, I was working with admitted he 'forgot about me' and 'forgot to mail the check'.
