I called the service advisor before having my Land Rover towed to Land Rover of Buckhead (Hennessy Land Rover) Once my vehicle arrived, I called and got the voicemail and left a message. The next day I received a call from the advisor in response to the message I left, it was confirmed my vehicle was there and that it would be midweek or at the latest the end of the week before the technicians could look at my vehicle. I wanted to share my concern regarding my recent service. The service was on December 27, 2023.The vehicle was serviced on 09/27/23 for a full 8 year service. I mentioned to the service advisor that I heard a sound coming from the engine that sounded like a rattle. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service after the sale at ******************** Buckhead. My sales associate, ******** was supposed to resolve an issue with the car not recognizing the ***s and he completely ghosted me. Will not respond to email, voicemail, or text messages. ******** was also supposed to order a replacement emergency kit for the vehicle and - big surprise - that hasn't happened either. Hennessy Honda of Woodstock has totally dropped the ball on customer service. I got a car here in May of 2023 for my 78-year old mother. Five months later and she still does not have a license plate for this vehicle. The ********************** has done nothing to help, other than tell us each week that it will come next week. Hennessy Honda sold me a car in February that they didnt have the title to and four months later Im making payments on a car I dont even own! This place deserves an "F" rating. Vehicle was brought in for repair work and they claimed to have done several things that were NOT done. NOTHING was done and they tried to charge us for multiple things and kept escalating the issue to being such a major concern that our only alternative would be to "buy a new car to replace it". Since then we have taken our vehicle to another TRUSTED mechanic, and not only were they able to properly diagnose the issue, but COMPLETELY resolve it and get us back on the road!
