Since buying our car from Land Rover Gwinnett, we have had constant (eight instances) problems with erroneous warning indicators (coolant level low, etc.). Hennessy Honda does bad business. Sale price is a scam. Our salesperson ****** and the Sales manager presented an offer that was Online Sales price PLUS 3 "optional" services that were not really optional. The 3 supposedly optional services had to do with warranty services and GPS. These line items clearly began with "optional" and totalled over $2500. I bought a Used car from Hennessy Lexus on Peachtree Ind. Blvd on October 14 of this year. They gave me a Dealer Tag to drive the vehicle and told me not to get pulled over. The dealer is still unable to provide a Title to the ************ that provided financing. It is now November 29th and they are still unable to provide title. Horrible company. During the test drive the sales person was so nice and accommodating. Not pushy like the other dealerships I had been to. Things fell apart after the sale. I was not shown how to use the car. I literally had to stop a stranger with the same car in the Kroger parking lot to show me how to fold the side mirrors. There actually is a technique to it.They recorded the wrong email address and phone number after I told them my correct email twice. The car was delivered to me not thoroughly cleaned. Zero stars is what I would like to leave. The customer service is absolutely abominable. NO one answers the phones or returns calls. The finance department is typical pushy fast talkers, pushing products that are over priced. My personal experience involved finding a car online, having my credit checked and approved ... and then the nightmare began. This dealership, from the salespeople, to the service department , up to the ** are less than ethical and assume customers are ignorant, especially women.2nd issue with this dealership.
