On July 19, 2025, I took my 2010 Buick to be serviced at Hennessy Buick in ****** due to a check engine light. I have taken my vehicle there in the past but was slightly apprehensive about this visit based on previously over inflated charges. i recently purchase a vehicle from this location and this has been the most hurtful and devastating experience. I purchase a care on 08/01/25. Walk in with my cosigner and we signed papers and left. (No Contract) Later that day they called us back and said we forgot to sign a few documents. The cosigner and i went back to resign. This time it was just my cosigner signing.
