Unprofessional, incompetent, poorly managed, and awful communication. My experience was disastrous. I was so fed up, I ended up leaving with a new truck that wasn't everything I was promised nor paid for. I could not deal with such pathetic excuses and poor business practices any further. Sales staff and whole team need to be re-evaluated and trained on basics and how to manage expectations. I was promised something, paid for it, and ultimately did not receive it.

Landrover Buckhead has dropped the garage door on top of the range rover. I can understand things happen. As promised car is not returned on time and Service advicer Paul has no courtesy to return my phone calls. I am really disappointed by the way they are handling this situation. I bought my brand new car from this dealership and was planning to buy more cars from them. I would not advice anyone to buy from this people. ***** *******
