I highly recommend Hendrick Honda service department. Amanda McDaniel is an outstanding customer service specialist in the service department. And all the folks in the service department are courteous and very professional.
After buying multiple cars from Hendrick Honda we highly recommend them! Jeff is the best salesman such a great guy too! Me and my husband love the service department also! Mason is wonderful!!

After giving y'all a 5 star review last week and earlier this week, I'm disappointed to say I have to bump the stars down due to a problem that arose today with a bumper that we were told would be fixed..then told could not and would not be be fixed by them. Took it somewhere else and it was a matter of minutes being fixed with a pop in place and one bolt, so not sure what the problem was with fixing it.
Waited over 2 1/2 hours for a basic oil change and then they gave my keys to another customer. Never went over service when i paid and didn’t put the correct oil in my car. I will not be returning. Save time and money and go to Breakaway!! Much better service
I went to Hendrick Honda for an oil change and had not been there before. Mason Lee was my service Advisor and I could not have asked for a more professional person. I will go back for service.
