A little disappointed in Hendricks Honda of Easley. I took my car in Monday to have a windshield replaced and some paint taken care of. When I got my car back it was a MESS! Small glass pieces left in it, tons of dust on the inside from the painting that was done on the outside, and just all in all disappointed in the place. If I did a job and could clearly see a mess in the car, I would have the decency to clean it up. It’s common curtesy and a job well done!
I was in over the weekend for an oil change on my 2016 Civic and was told I qualified for a VIP upgrade. I had no intentions at all in upgrading but thought I would look at my options. I test drove the HRV and fell in love. Rome worked with me to get the payment I wanted. I have always had great experiences at Hendrick Honda in Easley and will not go anywhere else. I'm so glad I decided to upgrade - my HRV is just gorgeous!
Recommendedall staffs are friendly and professional.they help in all aspect starting from choosing and financing.service and maintenance staffs also help a lot during regular servicing....👍😊
My 20 year old daughter, who is a Clemson student, went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I am appalled that in 2018 they tried to take advantage of the fact she was a young girl and tried to upsell her, to the tune of $400, services that she did not need. In the process of making stuff up left a part unattached and she had to go back to have it fixed. Never again.
I have bought two cars from them so far. I will return soon to buy another. Great prices and customer service!!!!
Chris Frazier helped me, he was courteous and friendly. After I pointed out to him that my tires had not been rotated, the service manager rotated my tires for me, even after the technicians had left for the day. The request was overlooked at the time of check-in, but they understood that I would be taking a long trip, and they made sure that I got it done.
Had an alignment done at Hendricks and 5 months layer i need new tires because the alignment was not done properly. tires are rated for 65k and the car has 43k. they told me i was lucky to get 40k out of the tires. they will not honor the work they do or make it right. i bought 3 cars from Hendrick guess I will do business elsewear from now on.
