Good service though a bit of a wait. And I checked in on FB yet did not receive my free T shirt...
Friendly and great service. They do have a nice play area for kids. Only one thing that happened last time I went. I asked if I had a free oil change on my account and the tech told me he would check. I was never told but they changed my oil without telling me and I still had a few thousand miles before it needed to be changed.
In the service department, Chris Frazier does a great job of getting me checked in. Also, he keeps me updated throughout the process, which is very appreciative.
Went in a couple of weeks ago for an oil change and to check a recall on my 2015 Honda Accord Sport and was told I qualified for a VIP upgrade. We had no intentions at all to upgrade but figured we’d look at a 2018 while we waited. After test driving and working with Jeremy Mann at Hendrick we fell in love with the new sport! As usual, when I make an appointment to bring my 2016 Pilot in, I ask for Rodney Shirley. I've used the maintenance department at Easley Hendrick ever since I purchased a 2006 Odyssey there with good results. Also, as usual Rodney took a personal interest in my vehicle, reviewed what we needed to do for a 30K maintenance and the estimated cost. The service was accomplished within the time he estimated. I always appreciate the service Rodney and Hendrick give me.
I have come here for oil changes. I have a 2013 Honda CRV. At my recent oil change, the service advisor said the boot was leaking. He said it was under warranty. All good right? An appt was made and I brought my car in. The same service advisor then tells me he made an error and it would be $280.00., that the warranty had run out. He said since it was human error(?), he would take 25% off. Bad experience. Took time off from work to get this done and had to pay anyway. Awful, wet , rainy day and sat here for two hours. Worked in quality at another major automobile manufacturer for 15 years and in terms of quality customer service, hands down nothing short of outstanding. It's a rarity to see a group provide excellent top to bottom customer driven service. I'll be back!
Truly had a terrible experience with the corporate Honda dealership of America and are local Honda dealership in Easley ,South Carolina.. they gave my wife who has epilepsy such a hard time she has been in fear of having a seizure past couple of months. This all stems from a faulty engine block that we took to our local Honda dealership to look at getting replaced and we were told that it was fine and wouldn't need to get it replaced and in fact we did need to get it replaced because it later cracked.
