Went in Wednesday for a oil change and asked for a new battery, because I had to get my car jumped off earlier that day. They said my battery was fine and that it was the starter. I went somewhere else for a new starter because they said it was $700 there.. my car breaks down again and I take it back to Hendrick and guess what?! IT WAS THE BATTERY! Never again will I go there for a service. It was very frustrating to say the least!
I've owned multiple new cars over my lifetime, however by far this has been the best experience from the purchase now to my first service. Everyone is friendly and professional. my new Honda CRV is my favorite car ever. I work from my car so I'm in it all day....it's so comfortable and a very smooth ride. Best decision. Will recommend!

I just want to give a shout out to Honda of Easley. That had to be the easiest, smoothest car purchase EVER! We went in and told them what we wanted payment at. I have you know they actually come back with a cheaper payment! What car dealer has EVER done that?! We spent 3 hours at Kia of Greenville haggling, left there went straight to Honda of Easley and within the hour we had car picked out, 2017 Honda Accord, and things rolling.
