Recently purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot at Hendrick Honda. This was our second purchase in 5 years from Hendrick and we have been servicing our Hondas there for several years. Worked with Jamie Swim. I came in for an oil change and left with $500 in repairs but they were all needed and anticipated. Great customer service, in and out quickly, fair price.
Recently took my new ( less than 25000 miles ) CRV in with out an appointment because check tire pressure light came on and I was clueless as to what to do since tires are filled with nitrogen. Rodney Shirley assured me there was no problem with me showing up without an appointment. He also told me there would be no problem adding air to get pressure back to normal. Brought my 2016 Accord in for a safety Recall . I arrived a few minutes early , but my service adviser Jamie Swim said that's not a problem and took the car right in . I went in to the waiting area got a cup of coffee , grabbed a magazine , and sat down expecting to wait a while . Well I was mistaken , because in what seemed like 10 minutes Jamie came out to tell me I was all set to go ! My coffee didn't even have time to cool off !
I had a fantastic experience at Hendrick Honda when I took my 2016 HRV in for scheduled maintenance. Two service advisors, Mason Lee and Amanda McDaniel ensured I was aware of everything I may need to do to keep my vehicle running as efficiently as possible and reviewed my list.
