Because I live about 2 hours away, Chris Osborne and his staff were exceptionally accommodating. They sent me a video of the CRV prior to the purchase and all the paperwork etc. was done on line. Just had my wife's Accord serviced at Hendricks Honda Easley. At almost 90K miles, it needed an oil/filter change, the engine coolant flushed/refilled, and the transmission serviced. Amanda McDaniel was very helpful, friendly and professional in scheduling and during the service, as always!
