Seth the sales guy was good. But past that it was a waste of time/effort. Got offered a disrespectful amount on trade; and when we asked for the guy “mike” to come explain his extremely low offer (vehicle sells for 21-29k rough condition trade is 1k over what they offered) he was no where to be found. Waited 15 minutes then told the sales guy to just give us the keys we are leaving. Absolute joke of a dealership obviously not trying to sell.

Ben Fain was our financial manager during our recent Honda purchase. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer questions for us. He was friendly and thorough and made the experience pleasant.
Hendrick's has been doing my service work on all my vehicles for a number of years. Have worked primarily with Jamie Sweet as my service advisor and have received excellent service. Occassionaly Jamie might not be there one of the other service advisors as well as service manager Dustin Street are most helpful. I drive from Simpsonville to Easley just because of the excellent service and I know if there is any type of problem it will be promptly taken care of.
Almost always excellent service. Rodney Shirley is great! My only negative is that if I take the time to make an appointment for service, honor that appointment. Don’t take drive-ins that use my appointment time. My 2 hour appointment turned into 4 hours because of drive-ins, so why bother to make an appointment? Otherwise, I’ve always had excellent service!
I have been using the service department at Hendrick now for several years and am still happy. Vehicle #3 went it for his simple oil change and tire rotation. I went next door for breakfast and when I returned, he was ready and waiting. Thank you for the continued good service, Dustin and Rodney.
