Went to Hendrick last week to have my new Honda Ridgeline serviced for the first scheduled maintenance. Delaney McCracken was my service representative and he did a great job of helping me. I waited while the work was being done and I was back on the road in about 40 minutes. I would rate this great service a 5 out of 5.

The only place I take my CRV! Amanda McDaniel is my service advisor. She is so professional and it’s evident she really cares for me as her customer! And she is knowledgeable. I hope she’s there as long as I own a Honda!
