RecommendedSecond time I’ve done business with Hendricks Honda; the first time being in Hickory NC. Both have been excellent but I can’t say enough good about this place and our salesman Rolland. Patient, kind, and helpful. I was on the way home empty handed when I stopped by on a whim and thanks to Rolland drove home in a car I didn’t even know was this awesome. No pressure, only assistance. Can’t recommend this place and this salesman enough!
My daughter picked up her "repaired" car. It broke down as she pulled out of the dealership driveway. She was almost struck by oncoming traffic. Service department won't return our calls. Don't buy used cars from this dealership!!! #nightmare
