I have been sitting in the service area waiting room for 2 hours to have my oil changed! How does it take 2 hours to do a 30 minute job?! I’m not happy at all!!!

I had already checked online inventory and had a list of 4 cars to look at. 2 had been sold already but Rome quickly went and grabbed the other two. I fell in love with the first one he brought out. However, I never once felt pressured into purchasing it nor did he try to upsell me on a newer car like I've experienced at other dealerships.
