Hendrick has had 100% of my business for the past 8 vehicles. They almost lost me after a very bad mistake that to be honest was the financing banks fault, not theirs. The past two purchases were a great experience. Got me out from under quite a bit of negative equity, lowered interest rates and payments. Plus got two awesome vehicles in the deal. Will I keep going back to Hendrick, yes I will.
Daniel at the counter was very prompt and professional and super courteous. Don't find many customer service reps like that anymore. Great Job!!
I purchased my Dodge Ram 1500 in late 2015 at Hendrick Dodge of Cary. With the truck, I purchased new wheels and tires. The service tech, also named Jeremy put bad gouges in 3 of my new rims because he was using the mounting machine wrong. Instead of buying new rims they had a detailer fill and paint the rims. They should have replaced them. Monday, I was there because of a leaking tire. Turns out when they rotated the wheels last, the service tech never re-learned the tire pressure sensors. *******A SOLDIERS STORY***** started out rocky but the team at dodge Hendricks went above and beyond to make me feel like I was more then just another face that walked through the door they worked day and night and commicatie to me what was going on every step of the way they moved mountains to put me in the vehicle I WANTED thank you Dave, Marcus and Mike for making it happen for me
Probably the worst service department that I have ever dealt with. The competency level is so low, a blind dolphin could do better. My vehicle has been there 3 times for the same issue, among others, and still has yet to be fixed. I have to return for a 4th, because the warranty. If I could, I would go to a red lobster and have better luck repairing it. The service department is also rude and incompetent. Never would I, nor will I, suggest this incompetent soup sandwich of a car dealership.
