Stay away. The service department is horrible. Will not answer phone or call back when number is left. After three weeks of trying to get my car in for service I gave up! Will never own another Dodge!
They sold me a Journey that consistently unlocks itself and ever time I bring it there they can't duplicate the problem so it never gets fixed. Stopped bringing it back, waste of time. Might have something to do with the detailing, they left the windows open and soaked the dash. I purchased 3 cars from them and will never do it again.
Awful customer service... sales people who lack basic knowledge of the profession they are in, errors on paperwork, delays getting my new vehicle, the list goes on and on... I had a terrible experience, will never recommend this place to anyone!
Don't bother with their service department!! Horrible. We purchased the $199 oil change special, only to spend TWO WEEKS trying to get in touch with someone and waiting to get a call back only to be told (after I finally got in touch with someone) it'll be ANOTHER two weeks to get an appointment. I called to be refunded the $199 special; let's see if it takes another two weeks to get that done.
If service on your car is what you want after you buy from them... this is not the place. Service is at best a joke. First service ever, on my brand new 2013 dually, they backed it into another rig crushing a fender. Made them buy it back to get a new one. Second truck... took in for first oil change and tire rotate... scarred my outside dually wheels with tire machine. Second oil change and tire rotate, after driving an hour to get there... after waiting 2.5 hours (with an appointment) they said they had finished the oil ch... read more
Purchased a new truck from these guys and opted for a factory lift kit upgrade with tires. They said no problem and happily charged me the generous fee to do so. Well after a month of being told it's back ordered and it will be here next week I am told now it is at least another two weeks and they can't give me a date. Customer Service does not exist after you sign the papers.
Took my car in. 9 months old and the radio had a short in it. I left the car for them to look at and fix and got a call saying they couldn't duplicate the problem therefore wouldn't fix it. I requested that they replace it since it was only 9 months old. I don't receive a call back.....I called and left several messages and not one person would return my car.
