Bought a car from them. It apparently passed their 1 million point inspection. Well I've now had to take it to the shop twice. Once for a faulty coolant line. And now they can't seem to figure out the second issue. So much for the million point inspection. Not only that. But I was never actually spoken to about a warranty. Twice Hendrick Dodge has promised something they cannot deliver and have left us feeling awful. From the quality of vehicles, the sales team, to the finance department we are 100% unsatisfied customers that will not be returning.
Nathan was wonderful and helped us get the right truck. Made the buying process really easy. Love the new truck!

The service department was going to charge $70 for two windshield washer nozzles for a Dodge Sprinter. The same parts can be bought elsewhere for only $14. Buyer beware.
We came for a Fiat on Sunday because we were told on Saturday by Brandi Bonehead they were open on Sunday. Made the looonngg 3 hour drive, to find out they WERE NOT. Tried to talk us into a car and payment I did not want. I was set on a Fiat and were paying cash out the door.
