Read the reviews folks. They love to sell cars, but that's where the love ends. The service department either needs competent employees or close it down. They might, just might have 1 guy that is capable. The rest are just warm bodies collecting a paycheck. Shame on Hendrick Dodge. There are other Dodge dealers in the area with much better service and vehicles with lower pricing ! SHOP AROUND, just avoid this place !!
Waited 3 hours for an oil change. When I checked in I was told it would be ready within an hour. Also had my vehicle in for a recall and about a week after the repair I found a 10 inch long metal tool under my hood that they left in there. Ridiculous. Won’t be back!!
Bait and switch central. Prices online are low to lure you in Athens they tack on thousands of dollars when you come in and test drive and try and sneak it by you! Go anywhere else.
