Great Service and Parker even came in on his day off
I wish there was an option to give less than one star...because that's what we would give you. My husband and I bought a truck in early October. You let us drive away with a truck that you did not even have a title for!! It wasn't until 3 weeks ago that we knew this, only after making a call to you wondering where our registration was. My vehicle is unusable due to a major recall. The recall allows a loaner, but even after opening a case with Chrysler Customer Care the Service Manager will not call me back. RUN away from this dealership if you like good service.
I wish I could give the service department a negative star. Their customer service is amazingly awful. When you drop off your car for service they don't explain anything to you, they give you a hard time about a loaner car, then they keep your vehicle for days with NO update.. I called and called my service tech Raymond, left messages and he never returned my call until I threatened to file a complaint. Great Service reps & Department - if you've traveled away from home and need your vehicle serviced this is the place. Super friendly, and welcoming. I was worried about getting in and using our extended service plan traveling hundreds of my miles from our local dealership but Hendrick Dodge/service department got everything taken care of and we left happy, safe and assured for our travels back home. - Thanks guys!!
