Dan you are the man ..Nate your my sales person of choice now you all made it easy got me the truck of my dreams.. But your detail shop sucks you should fire all of them I found crayons in the door several napkins from fast food places under seat I was disappointed when I looked next day got home and my fiance' is not happy either plus windows never got cleaned
Over all the sales part was not that bad of an experience until it came time for me to receive the truck. It seemed that once I signed the paperwork the experience went down hill. When the keys were given to me the truck had not been cleaned very good, floor mats still in plastic bags in the back seat, windows dirty, just over all a bad experience after spending a lot of money. Customer satisfaction should be from start to finish.
Very disappointed. Spent 3 hours there, all but 25 mins waiting. To top it all off, they lost the key to the vehicle I arrived in...keep tabs on your keys folks, this is not a well run or organized dealership.

Gary in sales is the best. Now the service department has more flaws then a 3 dollar bill....
My husband and I drove up from Raeford today after checking the hours on the website. It said they would be open from 12-6. We were pretty ready to buy today after months of looking only to find out they were CLOSED because they had their Christmas party last night. The manager at Hendrick Kia was very apologetic and said he would get up with the Dodge management tomorrow morning. We may be shopping somewhere else.
