I went in to buy a car. They have QR codes on the windows with sticker prices. When I sat down to actually buy the car they opened the offer with a price that was 2k more than the sticker. I asked to speak to the manager and he tried to rationalize it as a number a third party gives to the car. I asked why he as a manager allowed for such abate and switch kind of business practice to occur. He then tried to explain to me that it was similar to an internet coupon. I agree with *** * .... deception is a way of business at Rick Hendrick CDJR in Duluth, dealt with them from out of state on a truck a friend said that they had posted, I called the number given to me and spoke with their sales team about this particular truck, asked if it was a 84" cab to axle ( already have a 60" cab to axle ) , sales member comes back after telling me that they will check to make sure , I am assured truck is a 84" not 60" cab to axle , but need to send 5,000.00 to hold the truck... they have someone inter... read more

If only I could give zero stars I would!!!! Terrible experience!!! Sometimes I ask myself" how stupid do some people think I am? Giving people room for improvements doesn't qualify you as being stupid, it simply means you are behaving intelligently and maturely! I bought my car from these people, and 90% of the time I have taken it for service to them. Lately, this is like the 3rd time they have lied to me. Some Acura workers have Zero integrity!!!! I traded in my 2016 Honda HR-V for a 2020 model on 10/5/2020. I made the trade and purchase on somewhat of whim, and don't regret it. My sales person, Cristhian J******, was very nice and did a great job. I was, however, a bit uneasy about my time with Ronnie in the finance department. I would give ZERO stars if it were an option. The sales team need to know that NO means NO and not try to pressure you and tell you they have a quota to hit in order to force you to buy a car. They practically held myself and my bank card hostage (would not return it to me so I could leave) after telling them I needed to go. 3 different sales managers tried to keep pressuring me after I asked for my card back so I could leave, I do not recommenced this place to anyone. They are pushy and mean.

I had the opportunity to purchase a Porsche but instead I brought the Audi A7 in Jan 2021 I felt that Audi dealership seriously lack communication skills and had rendered poor customer service. The person who answered the front or service desk was abrasive and abrupt. It left me speechless and surprised. The financial department was called on several occasions ; there was no call back. I bought a new Toyota Rav4 at the end of 2020. The extended warranty was recommended to me. The F&I man said it would lower my annual percentage rate and that I could cancel after two months and keep the low APR. I canceled it on December 5th. It has been almost 3 full months and I have not been credited on my auto loan. I have tried numerous times calling and only receive voicemails. Not gonna get too emotional here just saying the facts! 1)Their prices are like 4-5% higher than other dealerships!Just do your research! 2)They won't really negotiate about the price! 3)they will give you lot less money for your trade-in than others do and they are also give you lot less what KBB suggest! 4) They think you know nothing about cars and they will try to fool you! 5)Salesman didn't introduce himself and was very cold and cocky!(it can be vary assuming some of them decent tho)

This is related to the Terry Labonte Chevrolet location in Greensboro. Drove over an hour, fully prepared to purchase a car based on their website advertised price, the trade-in offer from their website, and emails with their team. Walked into the biggest bait and switch BS I've ever experienced.
