I purchased a 2020 Camaro from Rick Hendricks Chevy in Buford Ga. in Nov of 2020. I've had to take it back several times to have repairs made. This last time, it was a hose that had broken under the hood and the front wheels were not lining up. So the service agent informed me that GM would not cover the repairs because they said the parts on the car were not the original parts. Why would I do anything to a $40,000 new car. I would never recommend it to anyone, especially one of the managers with a , bad attitude they installed a cover on my car that leaks water everywhere and they say it is normal. they did it three times and it's still liquidating water

I took my Jeep in to have my heater core replaced. I was told that I needed a new serpentine belt. I had the heater core and belt replaced. I picked up my Jeep the same day. I noticed that the serpentine belt was making noise and my radio had static. I returned one week later and they tightened my serpentine belt. I noticed my radio still had static. Don't buy or deal with this dealership. Over the phone they will attract you. We drove for 2 hours after confirming that car is available and passed all technical inspections. When we arrived the car was "emission test".

I drove over 3 hours to purchase a new truck from terry labonte chevrolet. I had found the truck online on their website. I took a screenshot of the vehicle with the price from their website. While negotiating on price at the dealership they raised the vehicle price online by 6 thousand dollars. When I showed them the two pictures they denied it being their advertisement. Jeff Gordon Chevy in Wilmington NC service has major problems. I brought my 2018 C7 Corvette in for warranty replacement of my leather dash due to it bubbling up and coming apart. I have been trying to get this service department to fix my issue for months now. The first two trips in which they called me in to get it replaced they had ordered the wrong part and actually brought me in to the service department and removed my dash before they even realized they had a wrong part. Worst experience ever.A 7:30am appt Friday to Monday Had my car 4 days ,for a transfer case fluid change. Let fluid out took wrong bolt out to refill it . Tells me 5:30 technician could not get the fluid back in my car.so it will be Monday , They did not even offer rental Weekend plans destroyed. Rick Hendricks Duluth Georgia gets absolutely NO STARS but they made me leave one. THEY ARE DISHONEST SCAMMERS. Save your money and your time. From the salesman training to the General Manager they are trained to beat you out of your money, collect the commission and never answer your calls. They make promises that won't be kept. So I went into the dealership with a capital one per qualification and they didn't use it instead they ran another app with out using the qualification code I had also the inquiry they add when I told the rep I only wanted to go with cap 1 and I also asked did he use my code he said yes..... long story short I called cap 1 the next morning because I walked away from the deal and I was informed they never used my code..... the Chevy dealer in Buford Georgia will hustle you make sure you double check
