I love my Prius , what I really Love is the service provided by the Heartland Toyota Service Team. I appreciate the managerial skills of Ricky Saly and his ability to hire and keep great service representatives. When I come in for service I prefer to deal with Cesar Hernandez, there is no detail that goes unnoticed . I went to heartland Toyota for my birthday looking for a Toyota Tacoma. When I got there I was greeted by Alexis and she was super helpful and patient with me...I ended up getting a SR5 Tacoma with a great deal thanks to her...thanks for the great customer service that you don't normally see at other dealerships.
