Heartland Toyota was great!! Chris Stobel was our sales agent. He was very proffesional and knowledgeable, he took his time explaining things about our car, and the different options, but the thing that me and my wife really liked about Chris, he wasn't pushy trying to make us get things that we didnt need. We needed a new to us car. We went someplace else that had a pushy salesman. Feeling discouraged I contacted my boss who had just purchased a Rav4. She sent me to Thomas Kim the sales manager and Rabar Ali. They took amazing care of us, listened to our wants and needs, never being pushy, and found us an amazing 2012 Rav4 that is perfect!
