We have a bunch of Toyotas in my family and every time we've needed some help or had a spot of trouble Heartland Toyota has been a serious help. I’ve had several services done at heartland and it has always been great. Recently I had a recall worked on my sienna and had Brett Baird help us get through it. He was very professional, competent, and helpful. I had brought my young kids, thinking it was a quick appointment. After I learned it would be several hours, Brett helped us with the shuttle service to get the kids home and pick up when my car was ready (complimentary). Brett was easy to work with and very helpful. Ask for him and you’ll be happy.

Some dealerships could really take a lesson from Heartland Toyota. I’ve been to some dealerships in the past that were lucky that they had a vending machine and a smelly bathroom... and that was about it. At Heartland, you’ve got a huge lounge area, a full cafe and espresso bar, multiple shuttles running all day, long service hours, WiFi, a computer lounge with outlets, a cell phone charging station wth the adapters, and if you are in on Tuesday’s or thursdays they even have free massages..
