My sister and I came in and got my car worked on, Brent Baird in service was our advisor. Let's not sugar coat it, people hate having to take their car in to get repaired. But our experience was amazing, it was like I was there to visit a friend. Brent treated us like family, made sure we felt at home and took care of my needs with a repair on my car. I couldn't have asked for a better visit at Toyota, I'll be sure to ask for Brent the next time I need service on my car. Thank you for doing such an amazing job Brent!
I tagged along with my sister while running errands, she insisted I come with her to Toyota so she can get a repair on her car. The person from service that helped her was named Brent, I can say my sister can be sometimes indecisive. But with Brent's help he made her feel comfortable with her needs on her car, he even suggested to help me with my fuel cap that needs to be replaced and offered to order the part for it. Our experience was great, I'll be sure to come back to this dealership!

I bought a new Corolla, I felt relaxed and welcomed by Alexis and David. I’ve always felt nervous buying a car, but not with Alexis and David. They both researched and did everything I asked. Alexis and David made me feel like family and I will definitely buy my next car from them.
Walked into Toyota looking to just shop around, first stop and only stop thank goodness haha. I’ve always been told buying a car would be super stressful, but the process of looking around and getting explained everything was super stellar at Toyota! Alexis Wagner provided the best customer service; patiently showing us several vehicles and explaining all the options and equipment. We came into the dealership only wanting to kick some tires, however Alexis's professional approach to providing us with excellent customer service sold us on our new 2017 Tacoma and buying from Heartland Toyota.
