Heartland is a great Toyota dealership. I just bought a certified used car which was just what I was looking for. The process started with Ashley the internet person who offered me a wonderful price on the car. At the dealership she introduced me to Rabar Ali who assisted me with the purchase of the newer Rav4 XLE in addition to the trade in of my existing Rav4. I was helped by rabar ali and ryan lloyd, these 2 went above and beyond specially when i was becoming very picky on little thing, they took all that information and looked high and low for my best fit car, and they found it! Heartland toyota has a trend for this, a lot of my family members have purchased vehicles from here and they get nothing more than top customer service and treated as if we are one of there own family members. The sales staff is incredible.
