The first day they refused to listen to my words and instead showed me the cars I wasn't actually interested in. I shouldn't have to give you a reason why I don't want a Hyundai, I DONT WANT IT. Finally took us to the back lot and we picked out something we randomly saw ourselves to test drive the next day. It took us two days and a really annoying amount of time to get real numbers negotiated, and by the end of the second day we had gotten to $500 within our budget and they never budged on the actual price so we walked. I came in to buy a truck and they went out of their way to find the right colour and style. Then I showed them a picture of a dream truck I wanted and asked "Is this possible?"
