Got my oil changed + a tire rotation yesterday ( was actually reading sitting there for multiple hours) and got told that the wait would only be 1 1/2 hours, Cesar Hernandez took care of getting me all checked in and even helped me get a little holder for my front license plate ( yayyy thank you!! seriously looks so good! ) I got get my free latte drink ( another awesome thing about this place!) and not even 45 minutes late my car is DONE. yes thats right, NOT A LONG WAIT AT ALL! All of the service reps are so nice and helpful when ever I come in, especially Terry! They really spoil you with great service.
Cesar in the service department got my car in last minute for a repair and got me back on the road quickly so that I could attend an important event. He did everything he could to help me keep my commitment. Thanks to him it all worked out.

Took my RAV4 in today for its 150,000-mile service. Cesar Hernandez was who checked me in and out and was great. Explained everything to me and was very courteous. Living on Bainbridge Is, it's a longer drive than I would like, but I know the service and work is good and can be trusted.

I have been coming to Heartland Toyota for 8 years. My service agent is Rick Wessel and he is so professional ,efficient and through . I came in today for a 60,000 mile checkup and Rick corresponded with me during the day explaining the different procedures of a few unexpected services that I needed.
