Bought 2 cars here. I'm here right now because we have to junk our 2004 Sienna with only 70000 miles because the engine exploded. No accidents and routine oil changes (just done the beginning of feb), just not with them so to them the last time we were in was last year. I suggest a different company. I know our next car won't be from here.

Honest opinion here. Was not impressed. Whoever was handling our paperwork had misplaced it containing both SSN & other information. Was ignored for 2 hours while juggling us between other customers & looking for the missing paperwork. Was pressured to have us buy a car out of our price range & laughed at for how much we could afford in payments. We decided to leave because we didn't feel that we were in good hands, our daughter was tired & fussy & we were put down when the salesman worked an hour past his shift & didn't mak... read more

I just purchased a car from them. Problem after problem after problem. Now I am being told that the equipment I was told could be installed on this car, can not be. I would have purchased a different and more expensive model if I had not been guaranteed this by the salesperson. Im still trying to get this ironed out, and if they can make the deal good, ill give them a better rating. For now, Id never go back there again.
We had the best experience ever at this dealership. They gave us a great value for our trade in as well as a great price on our new vehicle. I will definitely drive all the way to Bremerton to be a repeat customer when the time comes!
