I was discriminated against as a female by an Assistant Manager in the Service Department. After several emails, I FINALLY got a response from the GM who pretty much acknowledged there was a problem and blew me off. He offered for me to speak with a Toyota Factory Field Rep, which I said I would like to do so, and I haven't hear from him since. That was August 15. We traded in my husband's 2003 Toyota 4Runner yesterday for a 2014 Camry Hybrid SE and couldn't be happier about our decision! Jeremy was the person that helped us, and he is OUTSTANDING. Very reasonable, hard working, and honest person. He stayed super late to make sure we got the deal we wanted and to get financing paperwork done. 5 star service :)

Took my 2012 Camry Hybrid in to Heartland in NOVEMBER of 2013 to have maps updated for in-dash GPS. After more than 6 attempts and numerous Ask Toyota emails, updated February 2014! 3 Months. Only bright spot at Heartland was Service Rep, Aaron Smith.
