Heartland Toyota is the best dealership I could ever recommend, had a problem with my car when I bought it that wasn't covered under warranty and these guys have gone above and beyond to fix it. I couldn't recommend them more, they have been so wonderful. If you're considering buying a car in the near future, I HIGHLY suggest heartland. I will only be buying my cars from them from now on. 10/10

I took my car in for an oil change when they returned the car to me I noticed that the seat wasn't sitting correct I headed to work and was unable to return back to the service center do to working long hours when I returned to the service center to have my oil gage reset which was the second time I had to have them do it after having a oil change! I stated to the service guy that the seat had a problem and I needed my oil gage reset he nicely had it done check my seat and stated that there was no way of proving that the sea... read more

Last Friday I brought my Prius for regular oil change and inspection. Got home and opened my trunk, very messy inside and found a cover that was removed for inspection (?) was not put back. This is the second time that they'd done this. You claimed you provided excellent service. I paid for excellent service. Why didn't I get one????

We apologize the cover was not put back after testing the battery, we have made note of this and made sure our team is aware that we need to learn from this.

We took our truck in for scheduled maintenance last month. Cesar Hernandez was our service rep. We always ask for him every time we come in, because he's the BEST! Courteous, polite, knowledgeable, he made us feel like family! :)
