I’ve been going there for a couple years, in the process of looking for a new provider! Called because I was still sick, told the next day to come for a chest X-ray, when I went they couldn’t find my chart and had no idea who called me to come in. RecommendedI’ve been going here since it began. The last few years have have been different since my doctor quit seeing patients. I have now settled in with Mr. Wampler and he is amazing. I have been reading some of the reviews and am sad to hear them. I think the problem is the practice have grown so much. I realize it’s getting more difficult for providers due to insurance requirements like PA’s etc. I’m happy with who I see. I also like that a lab and X-ray are on site. All I wanted was a recommendation to a chiropractor and a psychiatrist. I was told they could help. I was then told they don't like chiropractors so they would not do that without going to physical therapy first. Then I was told they could help with psych then a few days later when I checked on their progress they told me they couldn't do that either. Now I get to stay in pain (I refuse to take meds) and I get to stay an emotional wreck. awesome
Heartland Primary Care in Etown is the worst Doctor’s office I’ve ever dealt with.. I will NEVER be back there. Apparently my “doctor” don’t care for my well being.

always great care, and providers listen to their patients.
Poor turn around times for messages. Spoke with someone on the nurse line who did not state her name upon answering only to receive a snarky attitude when inquiring on when the message would be responded to. The options to wait a ridiculous amount of time to see IF you will even receive medication OR pay MORE money to go back in to be seen again is a racket.
No concern for patient care. Rude employees. Ive been waiting over a month for my referral and they keep telling me the doctor didnt order it yet I watched him fill the form out and personally handed it the the person at check out. Then today it magically appears with no appology or explanation and scheduled with another office I cant even go to. 🤷♀️🤦♀️
I once had an appointment there, and I was sick with strep and a bad ear infection. Got there, and the lady at the desk canceled my appointment without notification or reason. Come to find out she cancelled the wrong person, idk how but she did. She tried to cover herself by not saying anything to me or even trying to get me seen that day.
