My mother has many health conditions. Over many years she has had more visits to see Ms. Rebecca Tatum than any one person should have. To my siblings and I, Ms Tatum is our hero. Her kindness, compassion, medical knowledge are beyond that of most nurse practitioners. The security you give my Mom is incredible! In a few weeks, Mom is moving to Frankfort. Ms. Tatum, we will all miss you! Thank you for all you do!

I have been going to Heartland Primary for over a year .The staff is wonderful . Robin Ohler is great.iWhen I am sick they usually always get me in .I saw Jessica Blount the other day .She was very good.
Everyone was wonderful got my daughter in and taken care of in a very reasonably time.
I see Dr. Shaun Milby and I love this place. Whether on the phone, or in the office, the staff is friendly and helpful. I can call and get an appointment the same day. My appointment was at 4pm yesterday. I arrived at 3 and they took me back before 3:15.
Heartland Primary- I'm very disappointed in the experience I had with doctor Ohler. I requested to come in for a cough, and to get on weight loss medication. Upon my visit with my doctor I talked to her about my cough, and how it has been months that I've had it. And about being put on weight loss medication. She had me get a chest X-ray and three, yes three weeks later I finally hear back that it was a clear X-ray. Great. But I still have an aggressive cough with flem. Kudos Dr Ohler.
