Robin Ohler is wonderful! The staff could be better but it seems they are so overwhelmed, maybe they just need better management to help them be more efficient. The laboratory techs are wonderful, I am not a very easy stick and nurses have so much trouble but there is one girl in there that hits it every time and I never feel a thing, she is GREAT!
Been with Heartland for many years, can't complain so far always have everything done, the only thing I don't like is you have to have different app. For refill and another app. If something is wrong,that is something new to me... I had only my Lab done... no problem it was very fast...
Everyone I met yesterday was nice, helpful an caring. They really care about the patient an I like that.
I first went to Heartland and saw Robyn Ohler. Love her! She listened, she understood and treated me with deep concern. I had many issues going on and she got me back on track with meds and encouragement. Anxiety disorder is no laughing matter and thanks to her...my life changed!
The women up front need to be at least a little friendly they could say hello or smile. but every one else seemed friendly
Went here for the first time today and I must say, I was VERY satisfied.
The staff wasn't too friendly, and the doctor especially wasn't. It's like she was rushed and In a hurry when she saw me, and didn't seem to care or listen all she wanted to do was cover the bases and get me out even though I had an allergic reaction and was trying to ask her if there was a stronger allergy medicine that she could prescribe me. Also when my labs were done it's like I was shoved in and out, seemed more like a number than a name and was like I was in the ER.
I have been a patient for many years and I have never waited for long to be seen. Staffs are all friendly
