Recommendedmy youngest son usually sees Mr. Wampler; he is very good with him & understanding of his medical care. (other members of staff are also wonderful.)

After today I am finding myself a new primary care Dr. It is not because of the Dr. but the people up front and the ones working the phone. Namely referrals and nurses after waiting days for them to call me about appointments and blood work which they said call they had not I called them just to get laughed and ridiculed by a disgruntled desk jockey never again.
App for seeing the different doctors was a little frustrating but now I see the same doctor usually they can get me in pretty quick wait times very sometimes real quick sometimes over an hour it's better than the places I've been before and they don't hesitate to look into what is actually wrong with you
The nurse practitioner was great and so was the nurse that took my blood and the others were great. Only problem was a blond haired girl who runs the desk. She had such a horrible attitude and went against what the nurse practitioner said as far as days to rest. No matter how good everyone else there was that last lady ruined it. She should be disciplined sick people paying money to get medical service shouldn't get any crap from a receptionist(or whatever she is)
The staff are great and my husband and I have been taken very good care of by all the medical staff here. We choose to come here after having a great experience at Heartland Urgent Care.
It doesn't even deserve 1 Star, VERY Unprofessional Staff!!Rude Reception desk, they don't even acknowledge you when you Walk in! And you want my Money & Business,their demeanor speaks for them, all they are worried about is a Payment. I spoke to the Office Mgr about my 3 Rude encounters & she said she would " Pass the Information"?? Ugh to who?? You are the Mgr & have the Authority to change it, I see why there are Problems & I see all the other Negative comments on here, go across the street & you are in another world.. HM... read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. I contacted this office to establish my husband and I as new patients when we moved to the area. I was told we did not need to come in or do anything until someone was ill, and was given our new physicians names so I could make appointments when needed. When an appointment was later needed, I was then told that we could not be seen because we had never seen a physician there and they were no longer taking new patients.
