I would have gave it a zero but that was not an option terrible service wait 45 minutes for a doctor to come in and then she's angry with you because you're tired that you waited for 45 minutes don't go there
A quick story on how to lose $110 dollars at Heartland Primary in minutes... I have one skin tag and finally wanted to get it removed. I call all around and can't be seen by a dermatologist for two months. I call Heartland and ask, "Can you remove this?" "Why yes, we can freeze it off," they answer. I make an appointment, check in, and pay the bill up front in cash; no insurance. No cash discount at all. I do the paperwork, sit down, and am shortly called back. The physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff are excellent and go above and beyond to take care of you. The reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of the front desk staff. Except for one or two ladies, the rest are rude and talk very loudly when discussing your appointment. A few of them never smile and act like any question you ask them is an inconvenience.
