Three weeks ago I would have given this place a minimum of four stars. And then I was in a car crash in another city (Cincinnati) and needed among other things, my stitches taken out. Heartland Primary Care refused to see me and in fact sent me to a CHIROPRACTER to get the stitches taken out. I'm not sure Heartland knows this, but most Chiropractors do not take out stitches. Ok, its a 1/2 Hour after my appt time and I'm still sitting in the waiting room... wonder if they're going to pay me for the extra time I'm missing from work... of course not...
Never can get an answer. Took me off medicine and in two weeks or less same problem occurred. Made me feel like a freak. Let them know it happened again and no response.
i have to say, they go a long way out of the normal turnstile healthcare facility. Courteous, friendly and efficient. They send you a text to remind you of your visit, take the time to listen. I'm impressed. Ms Craig is extremely patient and makes sure she understands your issue.
Rebecca Tatum is great. The only issue I have is that they are very slow about getting your test results to you. I have called and been told..yes we have them but we can't tell you what they say until the doctor signs off on them. I got them two days later. :(
