I worked with Stephanie Crowder and she is fantastic! We went through two realtors prior to her to help us find a home and she went a million times above and beyond them. She was extremely professional, knowledgable and most importantly provided constant communication and updates. Unfortunately, we had to terminate our contract as the home had too many issues, but we will definitely be using Stephanie once we start looking again next year. We started the process in the spring of 2015 when we decided to relocate from Alexandria, Virginia. I was looking for a house on Isle of Palms on Palm Blvd. Gabi showed me several options, and explained the flood insurance was high on houses on a slab. I decided to look on streets further back from the beach, and Gabi was helpful in showing my sister several options in my range. She knew the market and comparables well.
