Abby was great! Maggie and I were comfortable with her as soon as we met. Abby has a terrific personality! Her knowledge of the local market is excellent. Buying a home is never easy and buying out of state is even more difficult, but Abby made sure we had all of the services and expertise we required to make the process as smooth as possible. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Abby to anyone buying a new home.

Mikki and her entire team were very patient with us and always made time to help us. They found us the perfect house in a perfect neighborhood and hit our entire wish list. Great group and highly recommend. Very knowledgeable with the markets in the Charleston area. Great knowledge with local builders as well.

Shannon was great! She was flexible and showed us a ton of homes even with little notice. She was able to work with our busy schedules as well. She was very helpful with negotiations and in the end we have been very satisfied with the process! As first time homebuyers we had a great experience with Shannon and I would definitely recommend her to a friend!

We had the pleasure of working with Mikki and Abby to help find our first home in Charleston, SC. We had moved from CT and before we had arrived to SC, they had an agenda and list of homes ready for us to visit. It was very well organized and the best part was how quickly Abby would respond to any question no matter how small of a question it might have been. The customer service was exactly what we needed since it could feel overwhelming at times trying to find our perfect home.

Kate is the best realtor! From day one when I gave her what I was looking for she was on it. She will fight and make sure you get the best deal out there. Incredible coordination of Mikki and her team ex-specially Abby Hartman to provide everything I needed. They were able to guide me a first time buyer of condo rental. I was able to close at home with my computer. All requests and suggestions were taken and I was provided with service and and full accountability.
