Mikki is a superstar! The sale of my house turned out to be more complicated than anticipated, but Mikki was patient and encouraging throughout the whole process and was committed to seeing that project to the end. She deserves a gold star for running this marathon with me and for the countless hours of work that she has put in dealing with lawyers, accounts, realtors, and the buyers (the first one fell through because he couldn't get the financing). We had a wonderful experience in 2012 when we bought our home using Healthy Realty, and had a similarly excellent experience when we sold our home with them. We sold in a reasonable time frame and for a very acceptable price. She coordinated everything for us and everything has gone very smoothly.

Mikki did a great job for me. This was my first investment property. I told her that I would like to buy something in downtown Charleston. She quickly found a property that met my criteria. We closed on the property in a month. I did some renovations and now I have a contract for $85k more than I paid 3 months ago. I would highly recommend Mikki if you are looking for investment properties.
