I would look else where... Very nice person but I feel she didn't represent me very well. She got out negotiated by the other real estate agent at every turn and cost us needless expenses. I also question her professionalism during negotiations by interjecting her financial interests to often.

We loved our experience with Mikki Ramey and her team! They were very knowledgeable and understood the Doctor's loan program. They offered great recommendations for additional services such as mortgage providers, attorneys to be present at our closing since we could not be there, house insurance, and even a person that would give us a quote to clean our house before we moved in. I had been searching for a home to rent downtown Charleston. The market is very competitive and homes do not come available often. I was looking for a new home, within my price range and walking distance to the CofC campus. Gabi was able to find me the perfect house that I certainly wouldn't have been able to find without her knowledge of the availability downtown and access to active rentals. I would definitely recommend Gabi to anyone looking to live downtown, renting or buying!

She took me out of another inept realtor's hand. An associate showed me homes and I closed on a townhome quickly, We paid asking price... The process to close went as smoothly as possible despite an absolutely terrible loan underwriter.

Mikki is the best agent I have ever worked with. She will do everything in her power to make things work for you. Being from out of town and trying to purchase a property in a very difficult transaction without ever seeing it is nerve wrecking, but Mikki guided me and managed the situation with total control and assurance which maked me feel at ease. She worked very hard trying to get the house I wanted for the price I wanted, not only she did it but she really exceded my expectations. I wish I can rate Her 10 Stars!

Kate is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Charleston area. She found a great rental for us when we first came to Charleston and has just helped us find our dream home. Her advice on area schools and neighborhoods has been priceless. She has the patience of an angel answering all of our many questions. Shannon was very good at explaining in detail every answer to every question I had. I would highly recommend Shannon to anyone I know. She was always on time and punctual, and very pleasant to work with. I will never use anyone else when I need to buy a home. She was very knowledgeable about any area I inquired about.
