She was able to take care of our needs around our really hectic schedule and explain the process of buying a home to us so that it was totally understandable, even though we have no experience buying one. We looked all over and contacted several realtors. We finally settled with Brad. Brad was extremely professional and very helpful. Brad sent us listing of what we asked for right away. And when we did not have the time to narrow down or options Brad went to the properties and viewed for us to help expedite the process. Brad was on top of every aspect of the process and responded right away to any request or questions. I felt that Brad was their for us in our corner and Brad had is heart in is job working hard to please.
Sara has excellent knowledge of the Charleston area. She gave me a very detailed tour of the Park Circle Area. I would highly recommend her if you are moving to the Charleston area and need help figuring out which area would be best for you. She is extremely easy to work with and excellent with communication. Mikki rocks! I have never had a better realtor. We have bought over 10 properties over the years. Mikki always went above and beyond. I know I was a difficult client because my work during the day so she had to take most of my calls during the evenings and the weekends. Abby also showed me properties and she was very sweet and knowledgeable. Shannon did a wonderful job answering our questions during closing. I would definitely choose the team again.
