Great experience with Janel Quinn- this was my first time selling a home. I was very happy with the price point recommendations, the number of showings that were scheduled, and the feedback tool her team uses. Janel was very helpful about coordinating things and keeping me updated- I typically heard back from her within the hour when I had a question. She recommended a good closing attorney that was able to provide me a remote closing at no extra cost.

I would recommend Stephanie and Tim to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Charleston area! We highly recommend Healthy Realty; they are a wonderful woman-owned local business. Mikki & her team showed us a large number of houses over more than a year. Robin was patient, highly knowledgeable about Mount Pleasant (has lived here for many years), Mount Pleasant real estate, and the ins-and-outs of buying homes, and was incredibly flexible and accommodating in scheduling viewings. She was patient and generous with her time - helping us find homes with our very specific list of needs.
